First, let me mention that I tried the 34-coin time management method for a whole day today. Seeing my significant waste of time gave me an inexplicable feeling. No matter what, I’ll just record it first.
Today, I mainly want to talk about MBTI. I’ve recently seen this term frequently, so today I casually took a test.
MBTI
MBTI is a personality classification theory model, also known as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Its basic theory is based on the book "Psychological Types" published in 1921 by Swiss psychoanalyst Carl Jung.
Jung believed that a person has four parts: source of energy, perception preference, judgment preference, and cognitive attitude. MBTI was developed based on this theory.
Source of Energy
It is mainly divided into Extraversion and Introversion. Extraverts can promote the flow of mental energy through communication with external things. In simpler terms, extraverts enjoy group activities, prefer to work with a crowd, and are proactive, often starting to act before thinking about whether to take action. Introverts, on the other hand, tend to promote the flow of mental energy through introspection and self-reflection. In simpler terms, they prefer solitude, like to accomplish tasks independently, usually have only a few close friends, and think deeply before acting.
Perception Preference
It is mainly divided into Sensing and Intuition. Sensing types focus on current things and tend to use their five senses to perceive the world. In simpler terms, they remember things through visuals and solve problems by identifying the issues, collecting facts first and then looking at the big picture. Intuitive types focus on the future, emphasizing possibilities and insights, understanding the world through subconscious connections and relationships. In simpler terms, they understand the meaning of things through words and remember them, looking at the big picture before seeking details. They are more interested in doing fresh and unique things.
Judgment Preference
It is mainly divided into Feeling and Thinking. These two represent the direction of inner struggle when making decisions, in conjunction with the above energy orientation. Feeling types pay more attention to people's feelings than to events, while Thinking types prioritize the logic of events over people's feelings.
For example, when you see a beggar on the street, a Feeling type might feel sorry for them and give them money. However, a Thinking type would consider that giving money might enable interest groups to profit more, potentially leading to more innocent people becoming beggars, so they would choose not to give money.
Cognitive Attitude
It is mainly divided into Judging and Perceiving. Cognitive attitude expresses our worldview and lifestyle. Judging types tend to understand the world in a structured way, leading an orderly and organized life, and prefer to settle everything. In simpler terms, they like a controllable and disciplined lifestyle, while Perceiving types tend to understand the world in a non-structured way, always open to opportunities, and lead a naturally occurring and flexible life. They enjoy exploring new things and are restless with the status quo. Of course, there is no good or bad distinction between the two.
Of course, MBTI does not represent anything definitive; it merely helps us understand ourselves better. However, if the assessment is provided by others, the test-taker might not give honest and objective answers due to fear. For instance, in an interview, a test-taker might choose answers contrary to their true feelings out of concern that the evaluation could affect their interview results.
My MBTI
My test result is INTP, represented by Marie Curie. Here, I mainly write down the test results for INTP individuals (after all, this is the only result I have).

Weaknesses in Relationships
Finally
The above are some of my test results. Why am I sharing this? I believe many people, like me, do not like to make personal information transparent. I feel the same way, but I believe, as stated in "Principles," that extreme transparency can be uncomfortable in the short term but is highly beneficial in the long term. If one does not dare to face their shortcomings, they cannot grow or learn. After all, isn’t there a saying? As long as I’m not embarrassed, the one who is embarrassed is you.
Additionally, congratulations to myself for reaching 100 original pieces...
