Recently, there have been many hot topics, from red envelope covers to WeChat 8.0 cover statuses, and now to today's Clubhouse invitation codes. We watch as these trends pass by, and see those who follow the trends reaping benefits, often saying, "I found out too late."

Is it really that we found out too late? Or is it that we lack execution, or are we just afraid to take action?

I previously saw a comment on Shuai Zhang's public account where someone said making money was too easy for him; he could just write casually and earn money. He probably doesn't realize that the person has been writing for years, almost daily.

I used to think it seemed simple until I started writing my own public account. First, if you want to write something every day, you need to have content in your mind. To have content, you need to input information; you must persist in reading every day, and you need to take notes on what you read, or else you'll completely forget when it comes time to write.

The reading materials may not always align with your theme, so you need to read even more extensively, then condense hundreds of pages of books into a few thousand words. How long does it take to write a few thousand words, excluding the time for thinking? I wonder if anyone has a concept of this; if you also need to consider the coherence of the article, how long would that take?

We often say we understand a lot, and perhaps we do. But how do you express what you understand in a way that others can easily comprehend? You need to write an outline in advance and then write based on that outline. Have you tried that?

Many people think that as long as they take action, they can do well, denying others' understandings from their own perspective. For example, everyone knows about Douyin, right? Has everyone played with Douyin?

I personally don't use Douyin much because I feel it's a waste of time. But if you look at it from another angle, how do those creators on Douyin view the platform? I previously read Kuaishou's prospectus, and creators already account for 25% of Kuaishou. For creators, Douyin is a gold mine.

You might say, "Isn't it just video editing and posting? It's all about luck; if someone gets lucky, they go viral." But do you know how thoroughly they research their target user profiles? They can determine when this demographic opens Douyin, their daily routines, and what they like. Every second of their videos is analyzed rigorously, and the entire process, including the final call to action, is meticulously planned. These things are invisible to someone who doesn't understand. Do you know how to drive traffic to private domains? How to monetize those private domains?

So now I often say that I am not smarter or more capable than others; I am just an ordinary person. Even though I sometimes feel I am right, I reflect at night on how to improve.

I often spend time with capable people, learning from them, identifying someone worth learning from, and adopting their ways of thinking, logical reasoning, foundational frameworks, and how they handle people and situations.

Today's writing is a bit scattered, lacking substantial content. I've rambled on just to express the importance of facing oneself and persisting in progress.

Finally, I want to thank Mu Wen for their patient guidance and trust during this time, repeatedly pointing out issues and offering suggestions, allowing me to convey useful knowledge for better understanding by more people.
